Royce practices within the governmental accounting, auditing and advisory arena, with a primary focus on county offices of education and K-12 school districts. With the growing scrutiny of the use of federal and state dollars in the programs and services of educational entities, Royce has been recognized for his expertise in Single Audit compliance requirements and the requirements set forth in OMB Circular A-133. Royce has been at the forefront of the industry in providing training to our clients on the reporting and accounting compliance requirements.
