Paul will serve as the Engagement Partner and oversee the audit. Since 1999 he has gained experience in public accounting, which includes involvement in all aspects of financial and compliance audits, with emphasis in assurance services to dealerships, resorts, technology companies and governmental entities. He has extensive knowledge of governmental reporting rules, having worked with these entities throughout this career. He is a frequent presenter on technical issues related to governmental entities. On an annual basis, he participates in more than 20 governmental audits. Paul holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and is located in our Salt Lake City office.   Paul has partner responsibility on the following local government clients: School and Institutional Trust Funds Office, Ogden City, Utah Fund of Funds, Utah Retirement Systems, Ogden City School District and Wasatch School District. Many of Paul’s clients have been awarded the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
