I am a strong believer in servant leadership, and I am here to serve our people and clients. I am passionate about developing and empowering people and constantly refining our process and programs so we can be even more effective at serving client needs.
Jason is responsible for driving growth for the firm. He helps develop programs to help our people understand our clients' needs. Jason also works to add value to current clients as well as help identify and serve new clients. He works closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to oversee the sales and marketing functions of the firm.
