I enjoy leveraging my years of experience in order to help my clients achieve their operational business and financial objectives. Although I have my CPA and CCIFP credentials, my primary role is to serve as Business Advisor for my clients. I also actively help my clients maximize their credit positions with banks and bond companies as well as act as a resource in other areas of business including insurance, software, legal, HR, etc. Succession planning is another area I focus on, including assisting in organizing and structuring ESOP transactions.
