Darren Osten is an attestation and consulting services partner and has been in public accounting since 1999. Since joining the firm, he has primarily provided services to healthcare, government and nonprofit organizations. He is a leader in managing and conducting audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and Single Audits. In addition to audit and accounting services, he provides extensive consulting regarding Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, financial forecasting, tax-exemption consultation and internal control reviews. He also helps to coordinate the internal and external peer review process and development of the audit department policies and procedures.
