Event Overview

Course Description:
Through the years, we have helped hundreds of clients embrace new technology and define their digital futures. This looks different for each organization, but there are common pillars when it comes to digitally maturing your organization to remain competitive and adaptable in changing conditions. The road to transformation is not a one-and-done initiative, but rather a strategic undertaking focused on remaining digitally relevant and abreast of change. A key piece of this process is understanding where you are today, where you want to go, and what your organization's biggest areas of opportunity are that would make the most impact to your bottom-line.

Are there better, more efficient ways to use your current technology investments? Where could there be opportunities to reduce your current spend or optimize it for greater impact? How can you plan and budget to transform your organization strategically for future growth?

Join our webinar as we dive into digital transformation as a continued process, how to assess where you fall on the digital maturity scale, and how to strategically transform by planning and budgeting in the right areas.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline opportunities to maximize the business value of your current technology investments.
  • Discuss common areas of waste and how to identify and eliminate redundant costs of application and services.
  • Define digital transformation and its ROI as a key strategic initiative in your organization.
  • Explore how organizations can progress strategically on a digital maturity scale.
  • Define key areas to include in continued planning and budgeting initiatives.

Presenters:

Nate Allphin, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Principal | Eide Bailly
Nate has 20 years of experience in the data and analytics world. His career started as a data analyst and he quickly came to realize that organizing and enabling companies with data was his true passion. After various stints at startup companies during his early career, he met his eventual business partner, Nathan McMurtrey, and they founded data warehousing and consulting company Xerva in 2014. Xerva was focused on helping companies that felt they were buried in data chaos. Their passion for organizing data and making it actionable, accessible, and accurate has served them well. In 2019, Xerva was acquired by Eide Bailly to help enhance the offering they could provide to the many clients that Eide Bailly serves.
