The “work from anywhere,” cloud-based culture has been circling for more than a decade, but the pandemic expedited its adoption to new levels across all industries. Most employees, especially the younger generations, want more flexibility with their work locations and expect more from their employers when it comes to the technology that they use to help achieve their mission day in and day out.

Jeff Hensel, Senior Manager | Eide Bailly
Jeff helps develop strategies to leverage technology to meet their vision and journey to becoming a digital organization. He develops longer-term strategic roadmaps, as well as shorter-term iterative execution plans to accomplish those goals.

He is known for taking a big-picture view and then delivering actionable plans for how to accomplish your goals. The focus is first on the organization and then technology, which ensures clients get a thoughtful and actionable set of recommendations and deliverables based on their unique needs.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and most outdoor activities, particularly boating, swimming and fishing.

Mike Faehn,  Microsoft Productivity and Security Solutions Specialist | Eide Bailly
Mike was an original member of Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact team that focused solely on the nonprofit industry. Now a part of Jeff’s Microsoft team at Eide Bailly, he is focused on the Microsoft 365 - Modern Workplace cloud. While at Microsoft, Mike helped many nonprofit organizations transform the way they worked by helping them maximize their investment in the Microsoft clouds – Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.

Outside of work, Mike loves spending time with his wife – Jen, son – Olliver, and his two dogs – Ned and Mabel. His interests include sports, music, movies, and learning about others.
