Remote work arrangements are no doubt a part of the “new normal” within educational institutions and beyond. As such it’s important to recognize the risks these remote environments pose to organizations. During this session we will discuss how to address worker efficiency and effectiveness while also touching on how to secure our work environment from fraud and cybersecurity risks.

Audrey Donovan, CIA, CGAP, CRMA Senior Manager | Eide Bailly
Audrey has 25 years of experience in internal audit, performance/operational audit and financial consulting for both the public and private sectors. Her experience includes managing internal audit consulting services, enterprise-wide risk assessments, process design, and documentation engagements.

Audrey works closely with Eide Bailly’s Special Advisory and Risk Advisory Services, such as, fraud and forensic, information technology, and quality assurance review. She has managed and performed hundreds of operational and performance audits and utilized various performance audit methodologies, including benchmarking, surveys, data analytics, social impact analysis and facilitated sessions.
