Many governments are implementing GASB Statement No. 87, Leases and they are running into questions that begin with ‘What if?’ Here some of the more frequent questions on GASB Statement No. 87 and potential changes that may occur in 2022 and 2023 if approved by the GASB in the spring.

- Critique where changes may/should occur from the GASB because of the pending Omnibus statement
