Scott leads the firm’s Internal Audit services practice. He has served a variety of industries with a focus on the healthcare industry. More specifically, Scott has advised public and private health care organizations, including health systems, health insurers and accountable care and related organizations. He assists organizations in various industries on risk management, internal controls and audit, operational improvement analysis, business restructuring and other regulatory and compliance matters. Scott's expertise also includes risk assessment, risk management, and the development of industry best control practices.

Rachel Pugliano, RHIT, CHC | Senior Manager, Healthcare Consulting
Rachel has over 20 years of experience focusing on revenue cycle risks, which include telehealth emerging risks, coding, documentation improvement and charge capture. Rachel assists our clients with the improvement of their revenue cycle functions as well as maintaining compliance with government regulations. Rachel assesses the overall health and capabilities of an organization's revenue cycle functions, develops coding compliance and documentation improvement strategies for both hospitals and medical group practices and provides internal coding compliance and charge capture assistance to improve coding and charge accuracy. Rachel is a member of AHIMA, HCCA and is on the board for the South Texas HFMA chapter serving as Programs Chair.
