We all hear about the importance of the revenue cycle in the healthcare setting. At the board level, it can be difficult to determine how well an organization is managing their revenue cycle. Oftentimes trustees focus solely on days cash on hand, but it is much more than just that. In this session, we will explore the revenue cycle from the board perspective and discuss strategies for monitoring overall performance and efficiency.
