Caroline Larson is a licensed CPA and Partner at Eide Bailly LLP, a public accounting and business advisory firm ranked among the Top 25 in the nation. She is a primary partner in the public education consulting services division. The Eide Bailly team serves county offices of education, K-12 school districts, charter schools and community colleges. Her team guides Boards of Trustees, Business and Educational Leaders within the governmental industry framework. Clients receive guidance on cash flow projections, budget development, program compliance, collective bargaining, multi-year projections and financial reporting. Caroline and her team served as cash flow consultants for the California School Finance Authority Tax and Revenue Anticipation Note (CSFA TRAN) program this past fiscal year. Before her 25 years with Eide Bailly, Caroline worked in a K12 School District, private industry and as a Supply Officer in the US Navy.

Michele Gookins is a consulting manager with Eide Bailly, LLP. She brings a decade of experience as a K-12 Director of Fiscal and Chief Business Official in three California school districts. She also served an additional 10 years in private sector accounting preparing financial statements, negotiation contracts, facilitating external audits, coordinating with Boards, community groups and supervised a variety of business personnel. She has firsthand experience with complex accounting transactions associated with Bond Anticipation Notes, Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, and Community Facilities District Bonds.
