Lela has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience managing complex litigation support, business valuation, forensic accounting and fraud detection as well as analyzing claims and calculating economic damages related to lost profits, fraud schemes, accounting malpractice claims, bankruptcy, employment, contract disputes and other business disputes. She has provided expert testimony in both deposition and trial in state and federal courts.
Norman A. Kur, CFE, CMA, AM, Director | Eide Bailly
Norman has nearly 20 years of experience in numerous aspects of forensic accounting and economics, focusing on the calculation of economic damages in the form of lost profits in commercial litigation settings and lost earnings in personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has additional experience with business interruption insurance claims, fraud investigations and business valuations. He has provided expert testimony at deposition, trial and arbitration.
