Physician compensation strategies continue to be ever changing and challenging. The COVID PHE, changes in reimbursements and updates to wRVUs for E/M services have only added to the challenge. We will explore these challenges and discuss new and evolving strategies for consideration.

Ralph started his healthcare career as a rural hospital CFO. For the past 23 years, he has been with Eide Bailly where he conducts operational assessments and assists providers in enhancing financial and operational performance. He provides chargemaster/cost report audits and redesign projects, conducts reimbursement enhancement studies, and also assists in the development of physician compensation strategies. Ralph is a frequent speaker at state, regional and national healthcare conferences.
