Course Description:
The 340B Program is complicated and recent issues with drug manufacturers refusing to give 340B discounts to some/all contract pharmacies, as well as requests for additional information from the covered entities, has added to the complexity and resulted in a reduction in financial benefits for many covered entities.

  • Discuss recent changes in the 340B Program related to drug manufacturers.
  • Discuss possible outcomes to the contract pharmacy issues.
  • Identify recent issues identified in HRSA audits based on posted corrective action plans
  • Explore current developments in Washington, DC to address the contract pharmacy issue.

She is a former member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Health Care Expert Panel as well as a current member of Eide Bailly’s Technical Issues Committee – Health Care.
