Rochelle is a Revenue Cycle Manager for Eide Bailly. She has more than 18 years of healthcare experience, including more than three years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and more than 15 years working in multiple health systems across the country. Specializing in revenue cycle and technology implementations, she has assisted health systems throughout the country with denials management, chargemaster assessments, compliance reviews, charge capture improvements, as well as electronic health record implementations, conversions and optimizations. Rochelle brings strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the revenue cycle that allow her to quickly identify issues and create solutions to improve revenue cycle performance.

Nicole Nail | Manager, Healthcare Consulting
Nicole has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked with hospitals and health systems on billing and revenue integrity issues to ensure optimal reimbursement and compliance. Nicole assists providers in coding and billing issues to assure appropriate reimbursement.

Amy Tepp, CPA | Partner-in-Charge of Revenue Cycle
Amy has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, leadership, reimbursement, revenue integrity, and compliance. She has worked as a Medicare auditor; director of reimbursement, revenue integrity & regulatory review and analysis; compliance officer and consultant. Amy is the Partner-in-Charge of Revenue Cycle within healthcare consulting for Eide Bailly. She assists providers by developing solutions focusing on revenue cycle process optimization, Chargemaster development, pricing transparency strategy, compliance program assessment and compliance audit function.

Scott Sisel, CPA, Partner-in-Charge of Health Systems and Internal Audit Services
Scott leads the firm’s Internal Audit services practice. He has served a variety of industries with a focus on the healthcare industry. More specifically, Scott has advised public and private health care organizations, including health systems, health insurers and accountable care and related organizations. He assists organizations in various industries on risk management, internal controls and audit, operational improvement analysis, business restructuring and other regulatory and compliance matters. Scott's expertise also includes risk assessment, risk management, and the development of industry best control practices.
