Course Description:
Provider based Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) experienced one of the biggest changes in 2021 in the reimbursement methodology since the beginning of the program. The implementation of per visit caps for all RHCs will create challenges for many providers.

- Identify potential challenges in future RHC reimbursement.
- Summarize the new operational strategies that may be required under the new reimbursement methodology.
- Explore updated cost report strategies to consider under the new caps.

For the past 23 years, he has been with Eide Bailly where he conducts operational assessments and assists providers in enhancing financial and operational performance. He provides chargemaster/cost report audits and redesign projects, conducts reimbursement enhancement studies, and also assists in the development of physician compensation strategies. Ralph is a frequent speaker at state, regional and national healthcare conferences.
