Inspired Perspectives Webinar Series

Event Overview

Course Description:
The debate surrounding tax legislation implementing President Biden’s “Build Back Better” proposals has entered a new phase, possibly leading to a smaller overall package and a reduced demand for increased taxes. The coming debate over which tax provisions to include could impact taxpayers in disparate ways and may call for revisions to planning and strategy.

Eide Bailly’s tax legislation team, along with National Tax office specialists, will explore the progress of this legislation on October 27.

Learning Objectives:

  • Review the tax proposals on the table, their chances of enactment and outlook for modification
  • Explore their potential effect on individuals and businesses
  • Discuss the political forces determining whether a proposal will become law
  • Outline what could be coming next
