Event Overview

Course Description:
The start of a new year provides a chance to reflect on the past year and look ahead to new priorities. Join us as we take a look back at key tax provisions from 2020 and how those will impact tax reporting in 2021. We will review reporting requirements related to COVID-19 legislation, including the Payroll Protection Program Loans and payroll tax provisions. In addition, we will address regulations related to unrelated business income and executive compensation and what your organization should be doing to ensure you are properly addressing this new guidance. We will then look forward to address areas of IRS and state focus that will impact nonprofit organizations in 2021. We will share potential risk areas and provide insight on what your organization should address to be prepared for the year ahead. You will leave this session feeling ready for 2021 from a tax perspective.
