Event Overview
Course Description
The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, contained changes to the Provider Relief Fund program, including the calculation of lost revenue, potential to transfer funds to related parties, and additional funding for new distributions. The Compliance Supplement Addendum from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) was issued in December 2020, providing guidelines over potential compliance audits (i.e. Single Audit) of this program. Additionally, HHS continues to add, amend or remove clarifying guidance. Reporting is still going to be required to support the use of funds, as well as provide other information to HHS, as requested (or expected to be requested).
It is a lot to keep track of while focusing on providing healthcare services. This webinar will provide information on these updates and other valuable information that you need to be aware of to stay in compliance with the program.
