In addition, learn how the updated Evaluation and Management (E/M) changes and the corresponding documentation changes could be a focus area for organization compliance programs. This presentation is intended to provide the attendee with specific areas their facility should focus on over the next year.

Amy has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, leadership, reimbursement, revenue cycle, and compliance. She has worked in the capacity of, Medicare Auditor, Director of Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity, & Regulatory Review and Analysis, Compliance Officer and Consultant. Amy joined Eide Bailly January of this year and is the director of revenue cycle within healthcare consulting. She assists providers by developing solutions focusing on revenue cycle process optimization, chargemaster development, compliance program assessment and compliance audit function.
Susan Rohde, Senior Manager, Healthcare Consulting | Eide Bailly
Susan has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with an emphasis on coding. She specializes in Interventional Radiology coding, surgical coding, ICD-9-CM and CPT coding for both inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic accounts. Susan also provides proper evaluation and management (E&M codes) to obtain accurate reimbursement.
