Course Description:

Kathy Nichols has practiced law since 2004 with a focus on business litigation. Ms. Nichols practices healthcare law and represents a variety of clients including hospitals, physicians, licensed healthcare professionals and professional corporations. She has extensive experience representing licensed professionals before the California Medical Board and Board of Chiropractic Examiners from the investigation stage through trial. She also represents physicians and medical groups in Medicare and private healthcare insurance audits and fraud investigations. Ms. Nichols also advises physicians and medical groups regarding corporate and healthcare laws.

Lisa Young, CPA, Senior Manager | Eide Bailly
Lisa also joins Eide Bailly with the recent acquisition of HMWC CPAs & Business Advisors. Her primary focus is in providing personal year-round accounting and business assistance to physician practices and ancillary medical providers as they grow and change. Her comprehensive accounting background includes experience in both the private business sector and public accounting.
