Course Description:
Congress just passed legislation introducing material changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). These changes are likely to affect all PPP borrowers. Join us for a discussion of these important changes.

Presenters:
Adam Sweet, JD, LLM, Principal, Eide Bailly
Adam has extensive knowledge in the area of partnership tax, including interpreting partnership agreements, allocation and distribution provisions, and issuing profits interests. He is also experienced with both the buying and selling sides of domestic and foreign joint ventures, as well as a variety of IRS controversy matters, including IRS exams and appeals hearings.

Jaime L. Wood, District Director , South Dakota District Office, U.S. Small Business Administration
Jaime L. Wood joined the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in October 2014 and currently serves as the District Director for the South Dakota District Office. She is responsible for promoting small business resources across South Dakota including access to capital, counseling and training, government contracting, and disaster relief.
