Course Description
COVID-19 continues to have a huge impact on nonprofit organizations. Join our firm experts to learn more about recently passed legislation as it applies to the nonprofit industry. The various relief provisions for both small and large organizations will be presented at a high-level with most of the time spent addressing your questions.

Kim Hunwardsen, CPA, Partner

Kim delivers tax services to nonprofits and healthcare providers, working closely with tax-exempt organizations to provide comprehensive tax consulting, planning and compliance expertise. She joined Eide Bailly in 2002 and guides clients through changes in tax reporting requirements and tax law. She assists nonprofits in formations of new entities, annual compliance requirements and all other tax-related issues.

Deb Nelson, CPA, Partner-in-Charge of Nonprofit
Deb specializes in working with tax-exempt organizations to address a wide range of tax issues, including those that may threaten organizations' exempt status or result in unexpected penalties. She guides organizations through tax compliance and presents key Form 990 information and changes in tax regulations to committees and boards.
