This presentation provides an overview of the GASB's proposed framework related to Note Disclosure.

Learning Objectives:

• Review what is a GASB Concepts Statement and why it is important, (even though it is not authoritative for practitioners)
• Examine the proposed elements in the framework
• Discuss where the GASB may head in the future related to note disclosure
