Join Eide Bailly for an insightful afternoon spent exploring both internal and external risks that impact nonprofit organizations. This event will feature two separate discussions centered around operational risk, such as cybersecurity, embezzlement, and public perceptions. Graystone Consulting will speak on investment risk including fiduciary risks, investment policy compliance, and market risk. Be prepared to walk away with actionable thoughts and tools you can take back with you to the workplace.

Fraud and cybersecurity related risks often go overlooked. We will discuss what some of these risks are and what to do when they arise. We will talk through what we are seeing today and what you can do to mitigate risk in your organization in addition to ways to strengthen your internal controls and detect those risks in advance.
