This presentation provides an overview of GASB standards.

Learning Objectives:

• Review the basics of GASB Statement No. 84, Fiduciary Activities
• Prioritize implementation issues related to GASB-84
• Discuss why the GASB chairman calls the Statement ‘a monster'
