Course Description
This presentation introduces the FP&A team to Adaptive Insights and demonstrates how using a cloud-based tool can greatly reduce the pain of budgeting and reporting. It is intended to show the attendees what is possible and help them move from Excel-based processes to an environment where everybody plans.

Learning Objectives:

• Discuss strategies to better distribute the planning process
• Demonstrate how to create plans that allow for quick changes and forecasting
• Review the process to create templated financial reports and greatly reduce preparation time

Don Koszegi has spent most of his career in the Financial Planning and Analysis space. He has worked with Adaptive Insights both as an end user and an implementation consultant. Don helps our clients take advantage of technology to transform their financial planning and analysis departments from static to active, creating a corporate environment where "everyone plans." He leads organizations through the planning, design and implementation of new systems to help our clients reach their goals.
