CAH Budgeting in Complicated Times
CAH Webinar

Event Overview

Course Description:
The traditional budgeting process starts long before the start of the fiscal year, but the last few months have taught us that we can’t possibly predict or plan for everything. However, that doesn’t mean that we can’t still have an effective budget process, as well make changes to the budget throughout the year. This presentation will cover the entire budget process, along with covering tips for flexing the remaining fiscal year budget and discuss how to effectively communicate financial and nonfinancial results to the board and other members of the management team.

Learning objectives:
Review the key drivers to improve the budget process
Discuss strategies for budgeting and forecasting contractual adjustments to aid in the budgeting process
Review financial dashboards for financial and nonfinancial information and ways to communicate to the board and management
