Xiupin serves governmental entities throughout California, including municipalities, K-12 school districts and community colleges. She has provided expertise in areas related to the single audit requirements of OMB Uniform Guidance, financial statement accounting and reporting and the additional accounting and reporting requirements specified by the California Department of Education and the California Community College's Chancellor's Office. In addition, Xiupin has provided accounting, audit, and tax services to nonprofit organizations.

Xiupin attends and participates in the annual conference presented by CASBO so she can provide her clients with up-to-date information on how the California budget impacts her clients.
