Royce practices within the governmental accounting, auditing and advisory arena, with a primary focus on K-12 school districts and county offices of education, as well as charter schools. As the requirements for Single Audits under Uniform Guidance (and the State Audit Guide) continue to change, Royce has been a leader in training our staff and assisting our clients to ensure continuing compliance with regulations. He has been a featured speaker at the CalCPA Education Foundation's annual School District Conference, providing updates and guidance to firms that provide audit services to K-12 school districts. His expertise in this area has been recognized by his peers throughout the industry.

As a trainer, Royce is a recognized speaker with the CalCPA Education Foundation School District Conference; and the CASBO annual conference, speaking on topics including compliance, updates on government accounting standards and internal control. Workshops currently being provided to our clients under Royce's direction include Associated Student Body Fund accounting, attendance compliance and accounting and internal control best practices. Outside of work, Royce enjoys spending time with his family, collecting music and enjoying the company of this four-legged friends.
